"Be Not Afraid"

Sacred Heart School believes that every child is a gift from God. We also believe “What you are is God’s gift to you. What you become is your gift to God.” With this in mind, we help each student grow spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally by offering a Christian education in a Christian environment.

Our curriculum includes integration of the religious, spiritual, moral, and ethical dimensions of learning in all subjects. Classroom instruction is designed to engage and motivate all students, addressing the diverse needs and capabilities of each student while accommodating students with special needs.

Welcome
Choosing the best place for your child’s education is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. Sacred Heart School was established in 1873 by the Precious Blood Sisters and has offered a Christian education for both Catholics and non-Catholics continually since then. Realizing the school serves a small community with limited resources, the tuition rate is only 20-25% of the usual parochial school tuition and fees, and some tuition assistance is available.
Sacred Heart School is fortunate to have been able to have face-to-face learning since the 2020/2021 school year began on August 3, 2020, and carries on a long tradition of performance excellence in academics and athletics, as well as social and spiritual growth.

  About Us
Our school serves both the faith community and society by forming our students to become active and caring members of the communities, cities, and nation in which they live since 1873.

Historically, the Precious Blood Sisters initiated Sacred Heart School in 1873. Although the first years were difficult and precarious, success was achieved through the determination of these women, the clergy, and faithful families committed to the Catholic education of their children.
